All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
